MaxxFit is a small group FUNTIONAL training class. MaxxFit workouts are always CREATIVE and never a repeat. MaxxFit is always NEW and CHALLENGING! MaxxFit is lead by Nate Rand and choice members of the NCFF Training Team [experienced and well-educated fitness experts]. MaxxFit is SUPERVISED for safety. MaxxFit is INDIVIDUALLY MODIFIED for all abilities.

More classes are coming in January at NCFF and Accelerate in Glenwood Springs.
Disclaimer: Things you will most likely NOT get out of MaxxFit include and are not limited to giant tire flipping, shoulder surgery, sledge-hammer swinging onto a giant tire, back surgery, and/or dangerous Olympic lifts that require years of practice combined with little or no instruction without prior training performed while already exhausted from flipping a giant tire.
