Weight loss achievement
Mike Marcucci of New Castle has lost over 36 pounds in less than 2 months since working out with Nate Rand, one of the Personal Trainers at New Castle Family Fitness. He hired a trainer to help motivate him through a weight loss plateau and to gain some workout knowledge. “Mike was losing weight by dieting, but he wasn’t working out. Once he learned to discipline his nutrition and his exercise, he began to see great improvements in weight-loss , flexibility, and strength in a very short period of time,” Nate commented.
