Lifetime Valley Resident, Dr. Errik Enewold announced his affiliation with New Castle Family Fitness in 2011. Dr. Enewold is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic focused on enhancing patient’s health and well being without drugs or surgery. With an educational background in Exercise Sport Sciences and Kinesiology he enjoys working with the Personal Trainers and therapists at New Castle Family Fitness to help people obtain their maximum wellness goals. Treatments typically include a chiropractic adjustment, exercise suggestions, stretching and flexibility protocols as well as health and lifestyle counseling. Appointments: Appointment times generally run from 9 am to 6:30 p.m. and later, if needed. Appointments are scheduled for 35 minutes with the exception of the initial appointment which generally runs about an hour and a half to allow ample time for a thorough history, exam, and treatment.
